Refund Policy

Currently, we are unable to process returns or offer refunds on our items. Each order is handmade, so we do not accept returns unless there was an error in the fulfillment process. This policy is in place to maintain the high standards of our products and for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
