  •  Our boutique and transfer warehouse is located in Wisconsin, USA.

Q: How long does shipping take? 

  • Shipping typically takes between 2 to 7 days to deliver once the order has been shipped.

Q: How long does it take for orders to be processed? 

  •  Orders are usually processed within 2 to 10 business days Excluding Holidays and Weekends. However, we strive to expedite the process, and often, orders are shipped out earlier than expected. If something happens and the processing time will be extended, our customer service team will reach out to you via email. So please include your email at checkout.

Q: How can I place an order? 

  • You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse through our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

  •  Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Email us at busyhousesteader@gmail.com to inform us of the change needed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Q: What is your boutique's return policy? 

  • We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.

Q: What is your transfer return policy? 

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on ANY transfer. We are not responsible for any transfer or products that are not pressed correctly.

Q: How can I initiate a return or exchange? 

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

  •  Not at this time, but as we expand we hope to add more shipping areas so please check back for updates or reach out to see if we are shipping to your area.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Q: How do I track my order? 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Q: What are screen print transfers? 

  • Screen print transfers are pre-printed designs that can be applied to various materials, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags, using heat and pressure. They offer a professional finish and are highly durable.

Q: How do I apply screen print transfers? 

  • Click on the transfer application tab to see instructions on apply transfers.

Q: Can I wash items with transfers on them? 

  • Yes, garments with screen print transfers can be washed. For best results, wash them inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the print's quality.

Q: How long do transfers last once on the fabric? 

  • Our transfers are designed to be long-lasting. With proper care, they will maintain their vibrant colors and quality through numerous washes and wears.

Q: Do you offer custom screen print transfers and DTF Prints? 

  • Yes, we do! If you have a custom design in mind, please contact us at busyhousesteader.com with your design details, and we'll be happy to assist you in creating your personalized screen print transfers.

Q: What sizes are your transfers available in? 

  • Our transfers are available in various sizes to fit different types of garments. Please check the product descriptions for specific size information.
